Lately, I've noticed that Jet Pack Guy has send a new Spy Phone message to all the agents, it's somehow Herbert related:
It reads:
"Herbert's been far too quet lately. Were beginning to wonder if we've seen the last of him. Or i he'll wash up somewhere."
Hmm... I think that Herbert's up to no good again.
