Club Penguin: The Halloween Party Starts on 17th October, more information about the New Puffle Care

Club Penguin has updated their membership page with some new features that will come back to the island, well, The Halloween Party is supossed to be coming on 17th October-31 October, and also a new puffle care will be available later in October, let check out the Membership page:

First of all, let take a look at the Halloween Party picture, we can basically see Club Penguin in Dark and also the Everyday Phoning Facility. Also, a new Puffle Care is coming later in October, I wonder how we will care our puffles now...
