Club Penguin - Puffles missing on the Island

Looks like that Puffles along the island are missing, the puffles from the Stage, Night Club and Mine and Box Dimension are no longer there, and they're replaced by a poster.

The Black Puffle is not longer at the Mine:

The Green Puffle is not longer at the Dance Club:

The Yellow Puffle is no longer at the Stage:

Looks like that's a job for the EPF!
