Club Penguin released their October 2013 Penguin Style today, here is it:

Click on the spider near the Brown Bat Costume for the Pumkin Head which costs 250 coins:

Click on the Witch Hazel Dress for the Sparkly Emerald Shoes which costs 200 coins:
