Club Penguin released a new page on their site, they added more informations about the upcoming party, and it's most likely as the Make your Mark: Ultimate Jam, let check out what they said:

As you can see, we will can meet McKenzie and Brady from the Teen Beach Movie, like the Make your Mark: Ultimate Jam, where there Rocky and CeCe visited.
They also added the Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam Trailer to the site, they are confirming that Brady and McKenzie will visit the island and penguins will be able to get their background on August 22nd.
They are going to be mascots just for a couple of time, like until the party ends, just like as Rocky and CeCe who got deleted from the Club Penguin files.
