Recently when i have emailed Club Penguin asking that why Rocky and CeCe are deleted from Club Penguin forever,and they said that they was online meet-able one time,so Club Penguin decided to remove them from Club Penguin as they will never come again,their background will become rare as they will never come on the Club Penguin island again!
The mail they sended to me is:
As in the mail,they confirm that Rocky and CeCe was mascots just for the Make Your Mark:Ultimate Jam,and they will never come again.
