Well,in that day he confirmed that old items will return to the Treasure Book(Like the Red Suede Jacket item did),and Polo Field calls it as a update,and i know some penguins will be sad,because they will lost their rarity,and you can see a picture with the confirmation below:
Some people will be sad,because they will lost thier rarity,but for new players,that does have Coin Codes and really wanted a item like that,can get it when a new Treasure Book catalog is out.
