If you want to become an secret agent, you need a penguin to send you an invitation postcard, the invitation postcard looks like this one:
After that, go to the Ski Hill, and enter the Everyday Phoning Facility:
After you've entered the Everyday Phoning Facility, there is a phone ringing:
Click on the phone, and the Director of the EPF will show up, click on him:
After you've clicked on him, The Director will pop up saying:
Click yes, and then click "get phone" to get your agent phone:
You're done, the secret agent phone has been added to your inventory, now you can go in the elevator to enter the Elite Penguin Force HQ.
You can now play System Defenders, and also Spy Drills:
