As you know,Rainbow Puffle are available to get when you complete all the tasks,well...the Rainbow Puffle is not added on the games "Puffleescape" and Puffle Launch,as you can see in this picture:

Well...I hope Club Penguin add the Rainbow Puffles to this game.
